Please be aware of and kind to follow our House Rules:

• No Smoking inside the house, make use of the lovely sitting area outside.
• The kitchen is fully stocked and available for your use. Please leave the kitchen as you found it, clean and tidy.
• The charcoal grill outside is available for guest use. Kindly note that you must purchase your own charcoal and clean the grill after use.
• We separate out waste for recycling. Separate all recyclables and place in the appropriate bins we provide you with.
• Food scraps (excluding bones and clam/mussel shells) are to be dumped in the compost bin outside in the garden.
• Linens and towels are changed once a week, or upon request. However, we ask that you please hang your towels to air dry to reduce energy waste.
• Upon request, we can also provide you with additional sheets, pillows or blankets to make your stay more enjoyable.
• To help us keep a clean and mildew-free shower, we ask that you please open the window to allow moisture out after taking a hot shower.
• Please help us be courteous to our neighbours, keep noise down to a minimum after midnight.
• At the end of your stay, please collect all sheets/linens, towels and dishcloths and place in laundry basket to be washed.
• We are very flexible with guest arrival and departure time. We only ask that guests inform us in advance of their planned arrival/departure time in order to collect the house keys.
